WEBSITES & CUSTOM APPS

Website development for coaching institutes in Lucknow

A coaching institute's website has one main job: turn a student who searched "NEET coaching in Aliganj" late at night into a booked demo class.

That takes course pages with dated batches, the faculty, a results wall that can be checked, test-series details and a short booking form that reaches a counsellor on WhatsApp. We custom-code such sites in our Vikas Nagar studio and put them live 8–10 days after we receive all your details. The price is quoted on WhatsApp.

Every aspirant in the city knows the coaching lanes of Kapoorthala and Aliganj, the older institutes around Hazratganj and the newer centres in Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar, where one road can carry twenty banners making the same promise. Below: what makes one institute's site the one students enquire through, what to send us, and where an app takes the fee register off the counter.

Who decides, and what they check before booking a demo

The person choosing a coaching institute is usually the student — a Class 11 student aiming at NEET or JEE, a graduate preparing for SSC or a bank exam, an aspirant who has moved from Sitapur or Hardoi for the civil services — with a parent or elder brother paying. They shortlist three or four institutes on a phone and check the same things: when the next batch starts, whether its timing fits school, college or a job, who teaches, last year's results, the fee and whether it can be paid in parts.

That is a different reader from a school's. A school site serves enrolled families for years; a coaching site sells a batch to someone who decides within days and may move on within a year. So the course pages, the faculty, the results wall and one quick way to sit a class before paying carry the weight; notices and galleries come second. Every page points at one outcome: a booked demo class, with the student's number on the counsellor's WhatsApp.

Pages a coaching institute website needs

Six pages do most of the work. Timetables, hostel and library details, downloads and a page per centre sit around them, covered in the features below.

Core pages for a coaching institute site in Lucknow and the job of each
PageWhat it must doWhy it matters for coaching
Courses and batchesOne page per course — NEET, JEE, civil services, SSC, banking, CUET, foundation — with upcoming batches: start date, timing, medium, durationAspirants search by exam, not institute name; a course page with a dated batch is what Google shows and students forward
FacultyEach teacher with a real photograph, subject, years of teaching and this session's batchesStudents follow teachers; a named faculty page is often why a student enquires at all
Demo-class bookingFive fields — course, batch, name, phone, locality — sent to the counsellor's WhatsApp, with the centre's map pin on the confirmation screenThe student who sits one class is the one who joins
Results wallToppers by year and exam, each with photograph, rank or score and course taken, published with consentWhat parents check before paying; year-wise pages keep drawing searches after result day
Test seriesSchedule, pattern, online or offline mode, and separate registration for students enrolled elsewhereOften a student's first purchase, and a route into the full course
Fee enquiryAsks the course and batch, with notes on instalments and scholarship tests, so the counsellor calls back with the right figureFees vary by course, batch and concession; an enquiry opens a conversation that a bare number would close

Features that keep batches full and the counter quiet

The working parts we build for coaching centres; whatever changes weekly is updated by your own office through a small login.

Batch calendar with seats
Upcoming batches on the home page and course pages with start date, timing, medium and seats left. The office edits them in a small login and marks a filled batch closed, with the next start date in its place.
Timetable by batch
Each batch's weekly timetable as a phone-readable table with a PDF. Change it once and every page showing it updates.
Hostel and library page
For students arriving from Hardoi, Barabanki or Sitapur: rooms, mess, rules, the warden's number and photographs, plus self-study library seats, hours and monthly passes.
Hindi-medium pages
Course, batch and enquiry pages in Devanagari for Hindi-medium aspirants — many of them in civil services, state services and SSC preparation — with the Hindi batch timings listed separately.
Toppers by year and exam
The results wall filters by year and exam. Earlier years stay published, so the record builds season after season.
Downloads
Syllabus, previous test papers, the test-series calendar and sample notes as PDFs that students bookmark while deciding.

What to send us for a coaching site

The 8–10 day clock starts when the inputs are complete, so a checklist goes out on day one. For a coaching institute it covers:

  • logo, the institute's registered name and, if you want it shown, the GST number;
  • address, timings and map pin of every centre;
  • course list by exam, batch calendar for the next two intakes, timetables and the test-series schedule;
  • faculty names, subjects, short profiles and photographs;
  • fee notes for the counsellor — instalments, scholarship tests, refund policy — even if the figures stay unpublished;
  • hostel and library details, and photographs of classrooms and real batches, taken with permission.

The results list needs the most care. For each student shown, send name, exam, year, rank or score and course, with a photograph and written consent (a parent's, for a minor), and keep scorecards and consent forms on file. We publish exactly what you supply; a results wall is believed only when every entry can be checked. Text can come as Word files or WhatsApp messages; copy written from your notes is quoted separately.

Where an app helps a coaching institute

Three registers run every coaching centre, usually on paper or a shared Excel sheet. The first is fees: most students pay in instalments, so the counter spends the first week of each month working out who owes what. A fee register app holds each student's plan, receipts and due dates, lists the week's dues for the counter and gives the director a monthly collection report.

The second is test scores. A test-score portal lets each student log in for test-wise marks, batch rank and subject trend, and gives parents the same view — useful when the parent paying lives in another district. The third is attendance: faculty mark the batch from a phone at the start of class, and the office has the absentees' list to call that evening.

Each is a web app that opens in a phone's browser, or a mobile app where that suits your students, ready 15–20 days after we receive all your feedback on the screen plan. Start with the register that costs the office the most hours; the custom app page explains the steps.

From first conversation to a live site in 8–10 days

  1. A conversation with the director

    On WhatsApp, a call or at your centre: courses, centres, mediums, the season ahead and who will update batches. Demo links follow in the same chat.

  2. Written quote and advance

    The quote on WhatsApp lists the pages, Hindi pages and logins chosen. A 50% advance books the slot; the balance is paid at launch.

  3. Your batch, faculty and results data

    The office fills our checklist — courses, batch calendar, faculty, results with consent, photographs. The 8–10 day count begins once it is complete.

  4. Home page with the next batches

    A private preview in your colours with the upcoming-batch strip and demo-class button in place. One round of changes, then the other pages follow the same design.

  5. Course pages, results wall and Hindi

    Every page built and linked; a counsellor books a test demo class from their own phone to check the form. Two rounds of corrections are included.

  6. Live ahead of your admission season

    Launch on your domain with SSL, Search Console and each centre's Business Profile connected, plus a short video call showing the office how to add a batch or a topper.

Batch notebooks, prospectus and the website from one desk

Coaching institutes are steady print buyers: a branded notebook and register set for each batch, a prospectus for admission season, letterheads and visiting cards for the office, and the diaries and calendars for faculty and students listed on our education gifting page. When the same design desk builds the website, a new batch launch becomes one job: the course page, the notebook cover and the prospectus insert carry the same logo, colours and batch dates. Shubham Kumar stays the single contact for all of it.

Questions coaching institutes ask about their website

Can our office add batches and change seats without calling you?

Yes. The batch calendar has a small login: add a batch, change its timing or seats left, or mark it closed, and every page showing it updates. The office is shown how on a video call at hand-over.

How do we show toppers without overclaiming?

List each student by year and exam with rank or score and course, exactly as on the scorecard, with a photograph and written consent, and keep the scorecards on file. Stock photographs and unnamed claims stay off the wall.

Can Hindi-medium and English-medium batches have separate pages?

Yes. Each medium can have its own course pages, timetable and enquiry form; the Hindi pages are written in Devanagari and tagged so Google shows them to people searching in Hindi.

We run centres in Kapoorthala and Indira Nagar. One website or two?

Usually one site with a page per centre — address, timings, map, batches and its own Google Business Profile — and a centre choice on the demo-class form so each booking reaches the right counsellor.

Should we publish our fees?

That is your call. Some institutes publish a course-wise fee table; others keep a fee enquiry form because instalments, scholarship tests and concessions change the figure, and the counsellor explains it on the call back.

Can students see their test marks online?

Yes, through a test-score portal: each student logs in for test-wise marks, batch rank and subject trend, and parents can have the same view. It is ready 15–20 days after we receive all your feedback on the screen plan.
