Privacy and website enquiries
This website is run by RX Design Hub, Sector 3, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow 226022, owned by Shubham Kumar. Submitting an enquiry sends your form details to the website's enquiry service and opens a separate WhatsApp message. Depending on the site's configuration, the enquiry service may save the details in a database or pass them to a connected enquiry system. Sending the WhatsApp message is a separate action.
Analytics is not enabled in this version of the site. For questions about your enquiry information, email rxdesignlko@gmail.com.
Information the enquiry form sends
- Details you enter
- Product or project, quantity or approximate pages/screens, name, company, city, required date, budget band, WhatsApp number and any note you supply. Name and quantity are required by the enquiry service; other fields depend on the form.
- Where the enquiry came from
- The page path, referring page, page language and a limited part of the page's campaign/query information may accompany the enquiry. This helps identify the product or service you were viewing.
- Technical enquiry metadata
- The enquiry service can add the IP address received from the hosting request, browser/user-agent information, a timestamp, the website/source and an enquiry status. These fields are separate from the details typed into the form.
- Information sent directly
- If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you choose to provide is handled through that channel. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated private information in an enquiry.
Submitting the form and sending on WhatsApp
When you submit the form, the website attempts to send the enquiry to its own enquiry endpoint. It also opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. You can review that message before pressing Send in WhatsApp.
The website submission happens separately: choosing not to send the WhatsApp message does not undo an enquiry already received by the website service. The WhatsApp hand-off can still work if the website enquiry service is unavailable.
Optional storage and connected services
If configured for this deployment, the website enquiry service can save enquiries in Google Firebase/Firestore, forward them to a configured webhook or enquiry system, or do both. If neither destination is configured, the endpoint has no configured persistent lead destination. This page does not claim that a particular database or connected system is currently active.
Website hosting and any configured processing services have their own terms and privacy information. WhatsApp processes messages sent through its service under its own terms. Email and other external links open services outside this website.
Analytics, cookies and embedded content
No analytics measurement ID is configured in the supplied version of this site, so its optional analytics integration is not enabled. The site does not include an advertising pixel in this version. This statement should be reviewed if tracking features are enabled later.
The enquiry form does not need an analytics cookie to work. If you choose to play an embedded video, the video provider receives the resulting connection. Following a Google Maps, WhatsApp or other external link also connects you to that provider. Their own privacy information applies to those interactions.
Ask about your information
To ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction, or ask about deletion, write to rxdesignlko@gmail.com. Include the name, contact details and approximate date used for the enquiry so it can be identified. Ask about any retention or order-record requirements relevant to your request.
If you prefer, contact us directly by email instead of using the website form. This page does not set an unverified storage period or promise a response deadline.
Common privacy questions
Does opening WhatsApp mean nothing was sent to the website?
No. Submitting the form separately attempts to send the enquiry to the website service before the WhatsApp hand-off.
Is Google Analytics currently enabled?
No analytics measurement ID is configured in this version of the site.
Can I enquire without the website form?
Yes. Email rxdesignlko@gmail.com or use the contact details on the contact page.
