Terms of business
These are the terms on which RX Design Hub (Sector 3, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow 226022; owner Shubham Kumar) quotes for and produces corporate diaries, calendars, pens, gift sets and other customised print.
In short: a quote is per piece and valid for 15 days; a 50% advance confirms an order; nothing is printed without your written proof approval; production is 5–10 working days after that approval; the balance is settled before dispatch; and a job printed wrongly against the approved proof is reprinted at our cost. Plain-language terms so that both sides know where a job stands at every step. They apply to every order unless a signed purchase order says otherwise.
Quotes, confirmation and payment
Quotes
Quotes are per piece, exclusive of GST unless stated, based on the quantity, specification and logo method in your brief. A quote is valid for 15 days; paper and material prices move, so an older quote is re-confirmed before you pay.
Confirmation
An order is confirmed when the 50% advance is received and the specification (product, quantity, tier, logo method, packing, delivery address or branch list) is agreed in writing on email or WhatsApp. Production does not start before that.
Proof approval
Artwork is approved by your written reply on email or WhatsApp. That approved file is what we print. Spelling, names, dates, phone numbers and logo colours on the proof are the client's responsibility to check.
Balance
The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch or hand delivery. For institutional buyers with a purchase order, payment terms stated on the PO and accepted by us in writing apply instead.
Invoicing
A GST tax invoice is issued for every order in the billing name and GSTIN you give us. Changes to billing details after invoicing may attract a revised-invoice charge.
Production, delivery and risk
- Timeline
- Orders are ready 5–10 working days after written proof approval (and after sample approval, if a sample was requested). Delays in approvals, payments, name lists or branch lists move the date by the same number of days. We do not offer a rush timeline.
- Quantity tolerance
- Print runs can vary slightly; we supply the ordered quantity, and any overs are at no charge. Shortfalls, if they occur, are made good or credited at the per-piece rate.
- Delivery in Lucknow
- Hand delivery to the address agreed, during working hours, to a named person who counts and signs. Lots for several Lucknow offices are packed and labelled branch-wise when a quantity sheet is provided before packing.
- Dispatch outside Lucknow
- By courier or transport of our choosing unless you specify one; the docket number is shared on WhatsApp. Risk in the goods passes on handover to the carrier; we assist with claims for transit damage but the carrier's terms apply.
- Inspection
- Please check the goods on receipt and tell us of any shortage or defect within 3 working days, with photographs, so it can be resolved while the batch is still traceable.
Changes, cancellations and reprints

Artwork, logos and content
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, images, text and names you give us, including the brand guidelines of any bank, institution or government body whose emblem appears on the work, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from that content. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe a third party's rights or that we consider unlawful.
We keep your artwork files to make repeat orders easy and do not use them for any other client. Photographs of finished work may be used on our website and profiles with client names and logos removed, unless you tell us in writing not to.
Responsibility and law
Our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting or crediting the pieces that are defective or not as approved, up to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed events or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Questions about terms
Is the sample charged?
It depends on the product and quantity and is stated in the quote before you decide. For most season diary and calendar orders a single sample is produced and adjusted against the order.
Can we pay the full amount in advance?
Yes. Many clients prefer one payment; the invoice is raised on receipt and the order is confirmed the same way.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from registered companies and institutions. The PO's payment terms apply once accepted by us in writing; otherwise the standard 50/50 applies.
What if our delivery date moves?
Tell us before production starts and we hold the goods or re-plan dispatch at no charge. Storage beyond 30 days after readiness may be charged.
Who owns the design?
You own the artwork created for your order once it is paid for. We retain the right to show it, anonymised, as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Pharma orders placed on rxdesignhub.com follow the terms on that site; they are the same in substance — advance, written approval, standard timelines — with pharma-specific product details.
