A newer address, a different brief

Most of what stands along Shaheed Path and inside the Ansal township did not exist fifteen years ago. The companies here are often opening their first Lucknow address, and their gifting has no precedent to copy; the first order sets the standard for the years after. The second is the site office. Partner, consultant and channel-partner lists come as an Excel sheet; each name is foil-stamped or printed and the copies are packed in list order, so a site office can hand out by booking number or a hospital by department.

The box

A rigid box with the artwork printed or a plain box with a foil-stamped lid, sized to the diary and pen or to a diary, table calendar and pen combo. For possession days the box is often sized to take the documents folder too.

Deliveries are batched: the 16–20 km factor

Shaheed Path is the longest run we make inside Lucknow — 16 to 20 km from Vikas Nagar depending on which gate of the township you are behind. Rather than drive for every carton, we run the south-east as a route — more often in the October–December season, less often outside it — covering the township, the Shaheed Path offices, the hospitals and the Lulu Mall side on one trip. Your lot takes a slot on the next run once it is checked at the studio.

For a buyer this changes little except planning. Say at the brief stage when you need the pieces in hand and we work back from the run that fits, not from the day production finishes. Samples travel the same way — out with a scheduled run, or seen at the studio if someone is passing Aliganj. A single urgent piece can be couriered separately.

How a batched delivery week runs

1. Lots checked at the studio

   Finished pieces come back from our partner presses to Vikas Nagar, where they are counted, checked against the quantity sheet and packed by recipient group, with names in list order where applicable.

2. Run scheduled and confirmed

   You receive the day and an approximate window on WhatsApp, with the delivery person's name and vehicle number for the gate or the society security desk. Site offices and hospitals name the receiving person.

3. One route, several stops

   The run covers the township and the corridor in sequence — head office, then site offices, then a hospital or school — so a developer's whole order across four addresses is delivered on one day.

4. Count, sign, invoice

   Each stop counts its cartons and signs; the GST invoice follows by email. Tell us the same day if anything is short or damaged in transit and we sort it out — on the next run, or by courier if it cannot wait.

A worked example: a developer's year-end and possession order

This is an illustrative brief, not a client case study. A developer with a head office on Shaheed Path and three projects in and around Sushant Golf City wants one order to cover the year-end and the next possession phase.
