BRANDED MERCHANDISE
Customised pen printing in Lucknow
Customised pens are pens printed or engraved with a company logo, used as low-cost giveaways and as premium gifts. Plastic ball pens with a pad-printed logo suit bulk distribution; metal pens with laser engraving suit clients and staff. We supply both, plus gel, stylus and eco pens, from Lucknow.
Pens are the most used promotional item in India — cheap enough to hand out by the thousand, used every day, and passed from desk to desk. The right choice depends on who receives it and how long you want the logo to last.

How to choose a pen by recipient
- Mass distribution
- Plastic ball pens in your brand colour with a pad-printed logo — events, exam centres, bank counters, dealer meets.
- Doctors and field sales
- Smooth gel or metal pens; doctors write prescriptions all day and notice a pen that writes well.
- Clients and senior staff
- Metal pens with a laser-engraved logo, in a box or paired with a leather diary.
- Named gifts
- Metal pens with each recipient's name engraved from an Excel list.
Will the logo last?
Pad and screen printing last well on plastic for normal use. For a logo that can never rub off, choose a metal pen with laser engraving. Multi-colour logos and gradients need UV printing.
Pens rarely go alone in a gift. A metal pen with a customised diary makes a complete desk gift — see gift sets.
How is the logo applied?
The right logo method depends on the material and on how long the mark needs to last. The full comparison of logo methods is in the gifting guide.
| Method | How it works | Best on | Strength | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pad printing | A silicone pad transfers ink onto curved or uneven surfaces. | Plastic pens, keychains, small desk items | Works on curved barrels; economical in bulk | Small print area; best with 1–2 colours |
| Screen printing | Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. | Bags, T-shirts, flat pen clips, covers | Bright, opaque, durable; cheapest per piece in bulk | Set-up per colour makes small runs costly |
| Laser engraving | A laser removes a thin layer to mark the logo permanently. | Metal pens, steel bottles, PU leather, wood | Permanent, precise, great for names | Single tone; result depends on the material |
| UV printing | Full-colour ink cured instantly by UV light on the product surface. | Diary covers, pens, acrylic, bottles | Any number of colours, gradients, photos | Slightly raised feel; less durable than engraving on metal |
