Corporate gifts for builders, developers and brokers in Lucknow
Real-estate gifting in Lucknow follows the project, not the calendar.
Builders and developers hand a gift set to buyers on possession day, give diaries to the channel partners and brokers who bring footfall, put wall calendars carrying the project's renders in site offices and partner shops, and keep a desk calendar in every sample flat. Diwali, when bookings peak, is the one fixed date. We design these pieces in Vikas Nagar and deliver to site offices along Shaheed Path, Sultanpur Road and Gomti Nagar Extension.
A developer's recipients fall into three groups — the buyer who has just paid for a flat, the broker who may bring the next one, and the walk-in who has not decided — and each needs a different piece at a different moment. This page sets out those moments, the products that fit them, and how the project belt around Lucknow shapes delivery.
Four moments in a project's life
The first is launch. A new project on Sultanpur Road or in Gomti Nagar Extension opens with a channel-partner meet, and every broker who attends leaves with a bag containing the brochure, a diary carrying the project pages and a pen — the diary is what keeps the project on the broker's desk through the months of site visits that follow.
The second is the booking season around Diwali, when developers run offers and footfall at site offices is highest. Buyers who book in this window are given a boxed diary–calendar combo or a sweets-plus-gift set with the project's name, and the site office itself needs a fresh stock of pens and desk calendars for the rush.
The third is possession day, which can fall in any month and is the one moment the buyer will remember. The key handover comes with a gift set built for a new home — a diary, a pen, a crystal paper weight with the tower's name, sometimes a welcome letter from the management. The fourth is New Year, when the channel partners, the site team, the architects and the contractors all receive a calendar and a diary with the next project's renders inside.
Moment, recipient and the piece that fits
Developers tend to approve gifts project by project, so this table is framed by moment rather than by product. Budget is relative, not a price.

Builder and finance diary covers from our desk
Three 2026 covers our design desk created for a township developer, a home-finance company and a construction firm, shown as 3D mockups on a B5 hardbound diary. Project photography or a site render on the front and the brand's colours on the spine is the layout builders ask for most, because the diary keeps showing the project long after the site visit. Each name and artwork belongs to that company; your cover is drawn from your own renders and logo.

For a possession-day box, the same artwork moves onto the gift set lid and the welcome card.
Calendars and diaries built from your project renders
Real-estate print is one of the few categories where the client already has strong imagery. Renders, drone shots and walkthrough stills carry the calendar; the points below decide how well they print.
- Render resolution
- A 17×22 inch wall sheet needs a render exported at print size, not the website version. Send the original files from your 3D team; we check each one at full size before artwork.
- One project per month, or one project per calendar
- A developer with several projects can give each a month, or print a separate calendar per project for its own site office and partner network. Both come from the same artwork session.
- Floor plans on the desk calendar
- Sample-flat and reception desk calendars often carry the unit plans and amenity shots on the reverse of each sheet, so the sales executive can flip to the plan while talking.
- Mandatory project lines
- If your marketing team requires the project's registration details or a disclaimer line on every printed piece, give us the exact wording and we place it consistently on the footer of each sheet and the diary's imprint page.
- Partner names on diaries
- Channel-partner diaries carry the broker's firm name on the cover from an Excel list, which makes the diary harder to pass on and more likely to stay on the partner's desk.
- Clean date grids
- Buyers and brokers use the calendar to track payment milestones and site visits, so the grid stays large and legible even when the render is the hero of the sheet.
Channel partners and the broker network
Most bookings in Lucknow's newer projects still come through channel partners — broking firms in Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar, individual agents working a locality, and the banks' home-loan desks that pass on enquiries. A developer's partner list can run to several hundred names, and the diary that goes to them at launch and at New Year is less a gift than a reminder that stays open on the desk.
The pages inside matter here: project summary pages with unit types and sizes, a payment-plan page, a commission-scheme page the developer can update each year, and contact pages for the site team. The corporate diary format carries all of this in A5, with the partner's name foiled on a PU cover for the top tier and a printed laminated cover for the long tail.
Building a possession-day set
Decide the pieces
The standard set is a diary, a pen and a paper weight; developers add a table calendar, a jute bag or a welcome card. A sample set is made up before the bulk order so the handover team sees exactly what the buyer opens.
Name the tower, not just the brand
Buyers respond to their own tower and project name more than to the developer's logo. The paper weight and the diary's first page usually carry the project; the box carries the developer.
Flat numbers or owner names, if wanted
From the allotment list, each set can carry the owner's name or the flat number on the diary. Sets are then packed in tower and floor order so the handover desk picks the right box.
Phase quantities
Possession runs in phases — forty flats this quarter, sixty the next. Sets are ordered per phase, and a repeat phase reuses the approved artwork without a new design round.
Delivery to the site office
Boxes are delivered by hand to the site office along Shaheed Path, Sultanpur Road or Gomti Nagar Extension, counted and signed for, usually a week before the handover dates.
A worked example: two projects, one Diwali and a possession phase
This is an illustrative brief, not a client case study. A developer with its head office in Vibhuti Khand is marketing a plotted project on Sultanpur Road and handing over the first phase of an apartment project on Shaheed Path in the same quarter. Before Diwali it needs 400 diary–calendar combos for buyers booking in the offer window, 250 PU diaries with firm names for channel partners, and 2,000 wall calendars — twelve months of renders — for partner shops, the two site offices and the head office.
For the possession phase in January, 180 flats are handed over, each with a boxed set: a PU diary with the owner's name, an engraved pen and a crystal paper weight carrying the tower name. Renders and the allotment list arrive in the first week of October; the mockups are approved after one correction; the sample combo and sample set are checked at the head office in the third week. Combos and partner diaries are delivered before Diwali, the wall calendars follow in December, and the possession boxes reach the Shaheed Path site office, packed tower-wise, a week before the first handover.
The project belt around Lucknow
New residential and commercial projects in Lucknow run along a crescent from Gomti Nagar and Gomti Nagar Extension, down Shaheed Path to Sushant Golf City and Ansal API, and out along Sultanpur Road, with a second cluster on the Faizabad Road side around Chinhat and Kamta. Head offices sit mostly in Vibhuti Khand and Hazratganj, and brokers' offices in Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar. We deliver by hand to all of these from Vikas Nagar; see the Lucknow areas page for the rest of the city.
For developers choosing between a laminated and a PU diary for the partner list, the PU versus genuine leather guide explains what each tier looks like after a year of use; ideas for render-led calendars are on the 2027 calendar design page. Developers usually pair the gifting with a project brochure or company profile and site-office stationery from the same design desk.
Questions builders and brokers ask
Can the possession gift carry the buyer's name or flat number?
Yes. From the allotment list, each diary in the set is foiled or printed with the owner's name or the unit number, and the boxes are packed in tower and floor order so the handover desk picks the right one without searching.
Can we order possession sets phase by phase?
Yes. Once the artwork and sample set are approved, each phase is a repeat order at the same specification, ready 5–10 working days after you confirm the quantity. The minimum per run is 100 sets.
Will our renders print well on a wall calendar?
If we receive the original files at print resolution. Website images are too small for a 17×22 inch sheet. We check every render at full size and tell you before artwork if one needs re-exporting.
How many wall calendars do we need for the minimum run?
1,000. Most developers reach it by adding channel partners, home-loan desks, contractors, consultants and the site teams of all projects to the site-office count; the extra calendars are what keep the project visible in partner shops.
Can the Diwali gift and the New Year gift be the same order?
Yes, and it is the simplest route. A diary–calendar combo given during the Diwali booking window serves as the New Year gift too, so one artwork and one approval cover both moments.
Do you deliver to site offices outside the city, on Sultanpur Road or beyond?
Yes. Site offices within Lucknow's project belt are delivered by hand; sites further out towards Barabanki, Unnao or Kanpur receive their lots by transport, with tracking shared to the site head.
