- Big dates
- Date numerals should be readable from about two metres — roughly the distance between a counter and a customer. Keep the grid plain, with weekend and holiday dates in a second colour.
- One message per sheet
- On a multi-sheet calendar, give each sheet one product, one scheme or one branch, not the whole range. On a single-sheet, keep the image area and the grid clearly separate.
- Festival and holiday marks
- Mark national and Uttar Pradesh holidays and the festivals your customers plan around — small icons or a coloured date are enough.
- Room for the strip and the hook

A multi-sheet calendar changes with the months, so it can carry a product story or a branch series through the year, and it looks more considered on a client's or doctor's wall.
