WEBSITES & CUSTOM APPS
Website development for gyms, fitness studios and salons in Lucknow
A gym or salon website should do what the front desk does on a busy evening: show what a membership or service includes, who will train or style you, when the next slot is free, and let the visitor ask for it on WhatsApp in two taps.
We hand-code sites for gyms, yoga centres, fitness studios, salons and spas in our Vikas Nagar studio, live in 8–10 days after we receive all your details. The price is quoted on WhatsApp.
Fitness and grooming businesses in Lucknow sit where people live and commute: the main roads of Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar, Aliganj and Jankipuram to the north, Hazratganj in the centre, Alambagh and Ashiana to the south. Below are the pages a membership or appointment business needs, the features that free the desk, what to send, and where a booking or renewal app pays its way.
People choose a gym or salon before they walk in
Someone hunting for a gym near their flat in Indira Nagar, or a salon for a wedding-season appointment in Gomti Nagar, checks three things on a phone first: what the plan or service includes, whether the place looks clean and well kept, and whether a time exists that fits around office hours. If the answers are buried in last year's Instagram posts and the desk phone rings out at seven in the evening, they tap the next listing on the map.
A website replaces that guesswork with fixed pages the desk can point to — plans, team, timetable, services menu, real photographs — and a booking route that works while staff are on the floor. Instagram stays the shop window; the website is where the decision gets made.
Pages a gym, studio or salon website needs
A studio adds a workshop or retreat page and a spa a therapies page, but these six carry the decision for most visitors.
| Page | What it must do | Why it matters here |
|---|---|---|
| Memberships and packages | Each plan's duration and inclusions — floor access, classes, trainer sessions, steam, diet consultation — with freeze and transfer rules; fees only if you choose to publish them | Visitors compare inclusions across three gyms before visiting; a clear list cuts haggling at the desk |
| Trainers or stylists | Photograph, specialisation, certifications the person holds, years of practice, days on the floor | Members pick a person as much as a place; named staff earn trust before the first visit |
| Class or slot timetable | Batches by day and time — yoga, Zumba, strength, functional — with trainer and capacity; for salons, hours and the quieter slots | The question asked most on WhatsApp, answered at midnight by a stable link |
| Services menu | Hair, skin, nails, bridal, massage grouped by category, with duration, and rates where the owner wants them shown | Customers plan a visit around the list; bridal and party packages are searched by name |
| Before/after gallery | Transformation and makeover pairs, each published only with the client's written consent, labelled with the programme or service | The most persuasive page and the riskiest; a consent record protects business and client alike |
| Location and parking | Map pin, landmark directions, timings by day, car and two-wheeler parking, ladies-only batches if you run them | Evening visitors decide on parking and safety as much as distance |
Features that keep the front desk free
Pick the ones that match how your floor or chairs run.
- WhatsApp slot request
- The visitor chooses a service or class, a date and a time window; the message reaches the desk's WhatsApp pre-filled with name, phone and slot, so staff confirm instead of asking.
- Trial or first-visit form
- For gyms and studios, a request for a trial session that records the goal — weight loss, strength, flexibility — so the trainer is ready when the person arrives.
- Offers with an end date
- Festive, new-year and wedding-season offers on the home page, switched on and off from a simple login so an expired offer never lingers.
- Timetable the manager edits
- Change a batch time or mark a trainer's day off once, and every page showing it updates.
- Gallery with consent noted
- Before/after pairs uploaded with a consent reference against each, removable in one step if a client withdraws permission.
- Hindi alongside English
- Plans, services and timings in both languages for neighbourhoods where customers read Hindi first.
What to send us for a gym or salon site
Begin with the plan or package list: names, durations and inclusions, with fees only if you want them published — many owners prefer to quote at the desk. Then the trainer or stylist list with photographs, specialisations and only the certifications each person holds; the class timetable or salon hours, including any ladies-only batch; the services menu with durations; and the offers you run through the year.
Photographs matter more here than in most sectors: the floor and equipment, studio rooms, chairs and stations, changing area, reception and parking, shot in daylight. Send before/after pairs only where you hold the client's written consent, and keep it on file. Add the GST number or registration details if the footer should show them, the map pin, Instagram and Business Profile links, and the desk's WhatsApp number.
Where an app helps a gym or salon
Slot and class booking with reminders. Members see open slots by trainer, stylist or batch, book one, and get a WhatsApp reminder the evening before; the desk sees the day's bookings by chair or class and blocks slots when someone is on leave. Fewer no-shows, and no double-booked bride in December.
Membership expiry tracker. Every member with plan, start and end date, a list of who lapses this week, and a renewal reminder sent before the date rather than after the member has drifted away. Freezes and transfers are recorded, not remembered.
Package and session register. For personal-training packs, spa packages and salon memberships sold as sessions: how many were bought, used and left, marked at each visit so neither side disputes the count.
Each runs as a web app the desk opens on a phone or counter computer, or a mobile app where members need it, ready 15–20 days after we receive all your feedback on the screen plan. The custom app development page explains the planning stage.
From first chat to a live gym or salon site
Walk-through or WhatsApp brief
We can visit the gym or salon anywhere in Lucknow, see the floor and the desk, and note the questions staff answer most. Demo links go out the same day.
Quote and advance
A written quote on WhatsApp for the pages, booking route and Hindi version. Half in advance confirms the slot; the rest is due at launch.
Plans, people, photographs
You send plans, team, timetable, services and consented photographs. The 8–10 days start once that set is complete.
Home page in your colours
A private-link preview with the offer strip, booking button and timetable link. One round of changes, then the remaining pages.
Full site, tested on a phone
Memberships through to location, built and linked; the manager sends a test booking from their own phone. Two rounds of corrections are included.
Launch
Live on your own domain with SSL, Search Console and the Google Business Profile connected, and the desk shown how to change an offer or a batch time.
How Lucknow searches for a gym or salon
These are neighbourhood searches made on a phone, often after office hours: "gym near me", "ladies gym Indira Nagar", "unisex salon Gomti Nagar", "yoga classes Aliganj", "bridal makeup Alambagh", or in Hindi, "जिम पास में" and "ब्यूटी पार्लर लखनऊ". Google answers with the map pack first, so the Business Profile — right category, hours, photographs, a link to the site — matters as much as the site, and the site must confirm locality, services and timings in text and structured data.
A gym in Gomti Nagar and a salon in Alambagh need different words on the same kind of page. Branches in Aliganj, Indira Nagar, Jankipuram or Ashiana each get a page with their own timetable, map and profile, and service pages are named the way people search — "keratin treatment", "personal training" — not the way a rate board abbreviates them. Reviews stay on Google, linked from the site; we never write testimonials for you.
Trainer tees, member bottles, one logo
Gyms and studios already order merchandise: printed T-shirts for trainers and fitness-challenge participants, and branded bottles and keychains for new members. Salons and spas need visiting cards and letterheads at the counter. When the studio that prints those also builds the website, the logo on the trainer's tee, the bottle on the bench and the header of the booking page share one colour and one typeface, so a member who joins from the site recognises the place on arrival. A new branch — its page, staff tees and launch-offer merchandise — can run as one job with Shubham Kumar.
Questions gym and salon owners ask about their website
Should we put membership fees on the website?
Only if you want to. Many gyms list plans and inclusions and quote fees at the desk or on WhatsApp; others publish fees to filter casual enquiries. The page works either way, and figures can be added later.
Can customers book a salon slot directly from the site?
The booking button sends a pre-filled WhatsApp request — service, date, preferred time — that the desk confirms. Live slot-by-slot booking with reminders is the job of a booking app, ready 15–20 days after your feedback on its screens.
How do we use before/after photos safely?
Publish only pairs where the client has given written consent, keep the consent on file, and take a pair down if it is withdrawn. Faces can be cropped where the client prefers.
We have two branches. One site or two?
Usually one site with a page per branch, each with its own timetable, map, parking note and Business Profile. Branches run as separate businesses can have separate sites; we settle it in the brief.
Can our manager change the timetable and offers?
Yes. A simple login lets the manager move a batch time, mark a trainer's day off or switch an offer on and off, and the change shows across the site. The desk is shown how at hand-over.
Can the site show our Google reviews?
The site links to your Google Business Profile so visitors read reviews there. We do not write testimonials; a member's words appear on the site only with that member's permission.
