How is a wall calendar made?
- Sheet and paper
- Each sheet is 17 × 22 inches on 170 GSM paper, heavy enough to hang flat without curling yet light enough to keep courier weight down on lots of thousands.
- Metal strips
- A crimped metal strip along the top edge carries the hanging loop; a matching strip along the bottom keeps the sheet straight and stops the corners lifting.
- Single-sheet layout
- All twelve months of 2027 in a grid under a brand panel, usually with a product visual, address line and QR code; festival and holiday dates marked.
- Multi-sheet layout
- Six, twelve or thirteen sheets bound at the top under the strip, one or two months per sheet, with a different image or message on each.
- Date grid

Single-sheet or multi-sheet?
A single-sheet calendar is the right choice when the aim is reach: one strong brand visual, the whole year, the lowest cost per piece, and a lot of several thousand that can be split across distributors in many states. A multi-sheet calendar suits a smaller, closer list — dealers, institutional buyers, doctors — where a different product or message each month earns its extra cost.

How is the logo applied?

Where do we dispatch wall calendars?
Wall calendars are printed in Lucknow and shipped to brands and their trade networks across India — FMCG and pharma distributors in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad, cement and building-material dealers in Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal and Patna, and agri and seed companies across the Gangetic belt and the south. Because the minimum is 1,000 pieces, most lots travel by transport or part-load to a central depot or C&F agent, with courier used for smaller splits to regional offices.
Transit after dispatch is roughly 1–3 working days to north India, 2–4 to the west and east and 3–5 to the south by courier, and two to four days longer by transport. Lots are packed flat in cartons, labelled per destination, and a printed sample is couriered for approval before the full run.
