Customised diary printing means producing a diary whose cover and inner pages are designed for one organisation — its artwork across the cover, its own pages at the front, and either a dated planner or plain ruled pages inside. Where a corporate diary is mostly about the logo, a customised diary is about the whole object: a full-colour printed cover, a product range or school rulebook inside, a parent-communication section or a doctor's reference pages. Schools in Hyderabad, hospital chains in Kolkata and distributors in Ahmedabad order them for the same reason — the diary is used daily and every page is theirs.

What can be printed inside a customised diary?
- Front section
- Organisation profile, leadership message, mission and values, product catalogue, department directory, campus map or branch list — laid out by our designers from your text and images.
- Planner or notebook
- A dated 2027 day-per-page planner in B5 with national and state holidays, or an undated ruled notebook in A5 that can be handed out at any time of year.
- Institution-specific pages
- Schools: rules, timetable, homework record, leave and late slips, parent–teacher notes, marks record. Hospitals: department extensions, emergency codes, duty rosters, drug reference tables. Companies: policy summaries, expense and leave formats.
- Page-level branding
- Logo, tagline or website in the header or footer of each page, in your brand colour, and tinted or numbered page edges where the budget allows.
- Cover and closure
- Hardbound cover printed in full colour and laminated; optional foil on the logo, ribbon marker and elastic band.
Dated or undated, and which size?
Dated B5 diaries suit January distribution: they carry the 2027 planner and have to be ordered between October and December 2026 to be useful. Undated A5 notebooks never expire, so they suit onboarding kits, conferences, training programmes and school sessions that start in April or June.
B5 (roughly 176 × 250 mm) gives a full day per page with room for appointments and notes; A5 (148 × 210 mm) fits a laptop bag and costs less to courier. How is the logo applied?

Where do we dispatch customised diaries?
Customised diaries are produced in Lucknow and couriered or transported to organisations across India: school groups in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune, hospital chains in Kolkata and Chennai, distributors in Ahmedabad, Indore and Jaipur, and head offices in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Typical courier transit after dispatch is 1–3 working days in north India, 2–4 in the west and east and 3–5 in the south; school and institutional lots of several hundred copies usually go by transport to one address.
Where a diary is for several campuses, hospitals or branches, each location is packed and labelled separately and tracked on its own. Proofs are approved as a PDF; a bound sample can be couriered to the approving office before the full run if you want to check paper and cover in hand.

Questions buyers ask
Can you print our own pages inside the diary?
Yes. Most orders add 4 to 16 custom pages — profile, products, rules, directories or reference tables. You send the text and images; we lay them out in your brand style and send a PDF proof before printing.
What is the difference between a customised diary and a corporate diary?
A customised diary has a fully printed cover design and often many institution-specific pages inside. A corporate diary is usually a leather-finish cover carrying only the logo, with a standard planner and a short company section. Both can be dated or undated.
Do you print school diaries for schools outside Uttar Pradesh?
Yes. School diaries with rules, timetable, homework and parent-communication pages are printed for schools across India and dispatched by transport to the campus before the session starts.
What paper and binding do you use?
70 GSM inner pages, hardbound, with a multicolour laminated cover. B5 diaries run 300 to 370+ pages depending on tier; the A5 undated notebook has 200+ pages.
What is the minimum quantity and lead time?
100 copies, ready 5–10 working days after the proof is approved, plus courier or transport time to your city.
Can each copy carry a student's or employee's name?
Yes. Names can be printed on the first page or foil-stamped on the cover from an Excel list.
